Delivery
If in stock and ordered before 3.00pm, we will endeavour to despatch your order to arrive with you the next day. This however is not a guaranteed service and some orders including bespoke products, non Mainland UK and those placed on a Friday will take longer.
We offer FREE postage to mainland UK for orders over £75. Orders under £75 will incur a charge of £4.85.
Please note: Next day delivery and shipping discounts do not apply to smoking shelters and cigarette bins. For cigarette bins and ashtrays please allow 5-7 working days.
ProShield Safety Signs shall not be liable or deemed to be in breach of contract for delay in delivery or failure to make delivery of any Goods due to circumstances beyond its control, including but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, war, rebellion, revolution, strike, lock-outs, breakdown of plant or governmental or other laws, regulations, rules or decrees.
We're sorry but we do not deliver outside the UK unless you have contacted us previously to agree an order.
Returns & Ordering
At Proshield Safety Signs we are committed to offering our customers the best service we possibly can. If we make a mistake we will rectify it at our cost. If you are at all unhappy with the service you receive from us, please let us know.

We regret that bespoke signs cannot be returned as these are made to order and not part of our core product range.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.opsi.gov.uk
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
Security
All details in the ProShield Safety Signs online application are fully encrypted, no matter which browser or browser version you are using. Your application form will be sent to us through a 'secure session' using the highest levels of encryption. This is achieved with 128-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), that encrypts your data, which is then transmitted securely over the Internet.
